Terms and Conditions for Returns

  • You may return one item per order. If you order multiple units, we suggest trying one first.

  • We process refunds within 1–5 business days after receiving the returned item. Usually, we issue refunds via PayPal or check.

  • Customers must return items unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and packing slips.

  • You cover return shipping unless the return is due to an order error (wrong item or color). In that case, we pay shipping.
