Free Shipping to the United States, Canada, and Europe
We offer shipping service for all Zoffoli Globe merchandise to destinations in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Europe, and Canada.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Boxes.

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars due to daily exchange rate fluctuations.

For Europe, VAT is included in the retail price. Upon shipment, we provide an invoice for your records.

For other international destinations, please contact us by email or call 1-773-600-5256 for a shipping quote or to locate a Zoffoli retailer in your area.
Important: Shipping prices do not include duties, customs taxes, or other charges required by the destination country. If applicable, these charges must be paid upon delivery.
Delivery Time
Pre-Shipping
Please allow several business days for pre-shipping processing. Due to the handcrafted nature of Zoffoli products, some items may require additional time to prepare. If there are any production delays, we will notify you by email or phone.
Shipping Time
We normally ship orders via DHL, depending on your location. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
If you experience difficulty tracking your shipment, please contact us by email or call 1-773-600-5256, and our staff will assist you.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If any items are damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can assist with replacements or filing a claim with the carrier.

Failure to report damage promptly may prevent us from replacing the item.
Back Orders
In rare cases, an item may be backordered due to production delays. We will notify you within 48 hours of your order if this occurs and provide the expected delivery date.
You may choose to:

Wait for the backordered item to ship,

Order an alternative item to ship immediately, or

Receive a full refund.
Manufacturer Holiday Schedules
Most orders ship directly from the Zoffoli plant in Italy. Please note that Italian holiday schedules are longer than those in the United States or Canada, especially in August and December/January. We will keep customers informed of any shipping delays due to holidays.

For your convenience, each product page includes DHL’s shipping calculator. This tool allows you to estimate shipping costs and delivery times based on your destination, making international orders transparent and easy to manage.
