The Sfera mini desk top bar globe cabinet has lovely meridian that encompasses both the Northern and Southern hemispheres of the desk globe ball. The smooth meridian is hand painted a chestnut color to match the base and is a perfect example of Zoffoli’s ability to fuse classic and modern styles – the meridian itself gives the desk globe bar a timeless look, while the sleekness of the finish gives the table top globe bar a minimalist touch that fits in with modern decor.
This antique style desk top bar globe rests on a stand that boasts a hand painted antiqued finish. The map of the bar globe is a lovely color that Zoffoli calls “ivory,” and the classic globe features endearing illustrations of mythological figures, mermaids and sea monsters, as is typical of Zoffoli’s Tre Ess-Firenze Collection.
Inside, the 16 1/2-inch vintage world globe the mini bar storage area can house 2 or 3 bottles and approximately 9 pieces of glassware. This hidden liquor cabinet also features a domed ceiling of lovely frescoes that contain more illustrations of mythological heroes and creatures.
