Handmade Assembly Inside the Zoffoli Workshops

Due to the large dimensions of the sphere, the two hemispheres are assembled entirely by hand after hours of precision work requiring maximum concentration and craftsmanship.

The final assembly takes place entirely inside the Zoffoli workshops under the direct supervision of Mr. Mattia Zoffoli himself, who personally follows every phase from assembly to final inspection and packaging.
Vertigo Noir is shipped fully assembled to preserve the integrity and perfection of the product. Each globe is first protected inside reinforced cardboard packaging and subsequently secured within a certified wooden crate specifically designed for international transport.
