A designer table globe created for a refined public and lovers of unique and designer objects. Since the first globes made sixty years ago by the progenitor Italo Zoffoli, our laboratories have been only using high quality materials. This designer table globe is a testament as well, presenting a unique mix of stainless steel and tecno leather. The result is a designer object of great character, able to superbly summarize the most modern vision of our contemporary production, featuring bronze seas and azure lands that create a harmonious contrast.
The Structure
From the square briar-root base stands an elegant stainless steel shaft that leaps upwards and gives lightness to the artifact and to the designer desk globe itself. It seems to rise placidly in mid-air. The modernity of the structure and materials find an echo in the essential and minimalist map that is a portrayal of dark seas and bright lands.
The Globe
The name “Quadra” was chosen for this globe for the obvious reference to the simplicity and majesty of the briar base that masterfully emphasizes the designer desk globe with its thickness. Everything revolves around two colors: on one side the silver sheen of the emerged lands, which recalls the purity of stainless steel, and on the other side the black of the Marquinia marble which refers to the precious briar-root. Its dimensions allow it to be placed on a desk or on a table. For this reason, this Zoffoli globe becomes more intimate and, at the same time, more captivating. To reinforce this aspect there is also a version of the Quadra with a black and silver globe sphere on a black marble base, and an all-white Quadra, to which the coldness of stainless steel stand in an exceptional contrast.
